Project Partner(Remote Role)
1. Manage and lead customer overseas service delivery
3. Manage the delivery quality of human resources delivery to address the support needs of customers/employees in various business areas, and meet service delivery time and quality expectations.
4. Build a global human resources compliance process, update necessary local legal knowledge related to international human resources, etc., to ensure compliance with local laws, immigration, taxation, social security laws, etc
5. Responsible for supplier management, responsible for performance management of domestic and foreign suppliers, covering employment, immigration, relocation, insurance, taxation, etc.
1.10 years of work experience in customer management or internal human resources positions in the human resources professional service industry,;
2. Those who have served multinational companies or held salary positions in Party A and have experience in payroll may be given priority consideration;
3. Priority will be given to those who have experience as product managers in HR consulting services or have previously served as global dispatch or employment plan consultants for human resources consulting companies;
4. Good English communication skills (including skills in other minor languages as an added bonus);
5. Good professional ethics, careful and serious, steady and confidential, good communication and understanding skills, and the ability to learn quickly;
6. Flexible, organized, proactive, teamwork oriented, able to withstand significant work pressure;
7. Strong logical thinking ability, quick response, good numerical sensitivity, and adept at data analysis;
